I still don't completely believe I published a whole book, just because I wanted to see if I could do it. I could! And I can. And I'm going to start another one this year.

Secondly, just listen to these blessings being stirred here. This is the love I want stirring in my life always. Spirit moved her and she went with it and created an avalanche of love and encouragement and acceptance and she had no idea I was listening for her at that moment. And I'm sharing to keep the momentum going. Stir something with the swell you feel in your heart right now.

I stopped on the way to L.A. in Joshua Tree to feel the energy and scout the place for my retreat, The Art of Sacred Selfishness. While there, I created a solo retreat experience to honor my personal transformation to a West Coast Shawty. I found a desert cabin with an outdoor tub to soak in the transformational, rebirthing energy of Scorpio season.

Scorpio season asks us to look into the dark taboo waters of ourselves and I did just that literally soaking, enveloped in darkness with no one in the vicinity. I stayed there until I felt both all alone and connected to everything there is. I wished on a shooting star and relaxed, dying to myself, rebornyet again. Very magical, very mystical, very vulnerable…

The New Moon is coming on Friday and I’m staying in my magical, mystical flow. I’m hosting a virtual gathering to Reflect, Reset, and Intend for the coming moon cycle. I hope you join for meditation, intention setting, and speaking your life. The link is in my bio. I love you. b

Operation LA to L.A. Day 6 Update: Safety check! I made it to L.A. Just now. Today, I got to have a sound bath at @theintegratron outside of Joshua Tree. Just wow. I haven't found the words yet. And oh my, it was an adventure getting there, but that's a story for when I've rested.

New Day, New Drive...

Operation LA to L.A. Day Three Highlights: Thank God for my yoga mat because Texas is 12 solid hours. I found meditation music from my trip to Mt. Shasta last year and drove 3 hours in meditation. I visualized this new chapter and started the work to manifest those visions.

To that end, I'm planning a Virtual New Moon Intention Setting Satsang on November 1. The New Moon is the perfect time to reset, refocus, and set powerful intentions for the month ahead. Join me for a virtual gathering to align with the lunar energy and Speak Your Life in community.
